  • Improve your computer's performance by cleaning up unnecessary files, reviewing startup programs, and checking for updates.

  • Find and remove viruses, malware, spyware, and other harmful software from your computer.

  • We'll get your computer ready to use, connect it to the internet, install updates, and make sure everything is working properly.

    Basic Setup — $129
    For laptops or desktop computers that are already connected and ready to be configured.

    Full Desktop Setup — $179
    For desktop computers that need to be unpacked, connected, and set up. Includes connecting the monitor, keyboard, mouse, and other essential equipment before configuring the computer.

  • Install and configure a program or application on your computer such as Microsoft Office.

    *Only $49 if performed during an existing service appointment.

  • Move up to 512 GB of photos, documents, and other personal files between working devices.
    -$99

    Move larger collections of photos, documents, videos, and other personal files between working devices up to 2 TB.
    -$149

    Transfer over 2 TB of personal data, with pricing based on the size and complexity of the job.

  • Set up your email account on a computer or device and make sure you can send and receive messages.

    Only $49 if performed during an existing service appointment.

  • Connect and configure a modem to work with your internet service, including activation assistance when needed.

  • Install and configure your router, set up Wi-Fi, and connect your devices to the network.

  • Connect your printer to your computer or Wi-Fi network, install necessary software, and test printing.

  • Connect and configure a smart TV, streaming device, smart speaker, or other compatible smart home device.

    *$99 for the first device, only $49 for each additional device set up during the same visit.

  • We help you regain access to your accounts using official password reset and account recovery methods. If we can't recover your account, you won't be charged.

    For your privacy and security, we do not provide password recovery services for financial or government-related accounts, including online banking, tax preparation services, IRS accounts, Secretary of State accounts, or similar services.

Our friendly, one-on-one tutoring is tailored to your experience level and what you want to learn. We can teach you how to use your computer, smartphone, or tablet; write and print documents; send emails; organize photos and files; browse the internet; and navigate unfamiliar websites or applications.

We come directly to your home and guide you through everything step by step, at your own pace. You're encouraged to ask questions, practice what you've learned, and take as much time as you need.

No confusing technical jargon, no rushing, and no experience necessary. Just patient, personalized instruction to help you feel comfortable and confident with your technology.

Pricing starts at $99 for the first hour, with additional time billed at $45 per 30 minutes.

  • Many of our services have clearly listed prices, so you know what you'll pay before scheduling an appointment. Whether you're setting up a new computer, transferring files, or getting help with your smart devices, we aim to make our pricing as easy to understand as possible.

    Some services are priced according to the amount of work involved. When a job requires a custom quote, we'll explain the expected costs and obtain your approval before proceeding.

  • Not every service requires a diagnostic fee. If you already know what you need, such as setting up a printer or transferring files, you'll simply pay the listed service price.

    When you're experiencing a problem and aren't sure what's causing it, we charge a $89 diagnostic fee to investigate the issue and recommend a solution.

    If you approve the recommended repair and we complete it during the same visit, your diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair cost. You won't pay twice for the same work.

  • If your appointment requires replacement parts, additional equipment, or services beyond the original scope of work, we'll explain the additional costs and request your approval before proceeding.

    We never want you to be surprised by your bill.

  • We offer discounted add-on pricing for certain services performed during an existing appointment. For example, additional smart devices, software installations, and email setups may qualify for reduced rates.
