When the cause of a problem is unknown, a diagnostic fee may apply. If the customer approves the recommended repair and it is completed during the same visit, the diagnostic fee will be credited toward the cost of that repair.
Additional services, replacement parts, equipment, or other expenses may result in additional charges. Any additional costs will be discussed with the customer and require approval before work proceeds.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Customers will be informed of applicable charges before services are performed.
Estimates
Any estimate provided before inspecting equipment or a service location is based on the information available at that time. Additional problems, materials, or work may affect the final cost. We will obtain customer approval before performing significant work beyond the agreed scope.
Customer Authorization
By requesting service, you authorize Orange IT and Computer Services LLC to access and work on the computers, devices, networks, accounts, or property reasonably necessary to perform the requested service.
Customer Data and Backups
Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of important data. While reasonable care will be taken when working with customer equipment, technology repair and troubleshooting can involve a risk of data loss, hardware failure, or software problems.
Passwords and Account Access
Customers should enter their own passwords whenever practical. We will not intentionally retain customer passwords unless necessary to provide an authorized service.
Parts and Equipment
Parts, equipment, and materials are separate from labor unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer warranties may apply to products purchased or installed as part of a service.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.
Promotions
Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, and other restrictions. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.
Third-Party Products and Services
We may assist customers with products or services provided by third parties, such as internet providers, software companies, equipment manufacturers, and online services. No Guarantee of Repair
Some technology problems cannot be repaired or may require replacement equipment or services from another provider. Payment for diagnostic or troubleshooting time may still be required even when a complete resolution is not possible.
